If our body and mind health is not addressed, illness, injury, pain and disease will result. Taking measures to focus on our wellness is crucial in these times of high-paced and stressful life.

What is the structure of the Wellness Programme?
After an initial questionnaire and live online consultation, we assist you to set your goals for the programme. You will choose wellness tools to add to your toolbox for the duration of the programme, and be guided in practicing and developing the skill with which to best use these tools. We believe that correct and sufficient movement, nutrition, sleep, breathing and self-care are crucial for overall wellbeing, and you will therefore have access to a selection of recorded movement classes (varying from gentle to intense, depending on your needs), wellness tips, workshops, and mindfulness audios.
Will I get individual attention?
Absolutely! Our programmes are tailor-made, customised to suit you and your individual needs.
Will I be able to do all of this online?
Yes. Once we know a bit more about you and your requirements, your Customised Weekly Schedule will be sent to you, along with your first Wellness Tools for your Wellness Toolkit, and your chosen Movement Classes.
When can I start?
Immediately, is the short answer. To quote an old Eastern saying: “When the student is ready the teacher will appear; when the teacher is ready, the student will appear.”
