When our muscles are too short & tight, our body holds tension & stress. It is important to regularly (& skillfully) release fascia tension and stretch. These practices will allow the mind to unwind & relax as well. We focus on deep breathing, & controlled movement.
Correct & regular practice will bring precision, stability & correct movement patterns into the body. Your daily life will soon begin to take shape from your practice, creating a sense of ease from a stronger body & mind awareness.
