There is an innate intelligence within us all: the dreaming mind…

Your sleep health is the main contributing factor to night-time dream recall,
as well as your daily functioning & overall wellbeing.

Additionally, the psyche can be assisted back into homeostasis by developing
a healthy relationship to our subconscious mind through dream-work.

This 6-week online course focuses on sleep, dreams, liminal dreams & lucid dreaming. You will learn the science of sleep & dream, ways to be more mindful of your night-time space, how to have a healthier relationship to sleep, as well as learning techniques for liminal & lucid dreaming.

  • Self-paced, online learning from anywhere in the world
  • Consists of 4 modules + an extra bonus module on using the heart medicine of Cacao to assist these practices
  • Self-study material includes: PDF downloads, video tutorials, links to external sources, specific home practice techniques, extra recommended reading
  • 2 x private online Q/A mentoring sessions included
  • Suggested-frame is 2-3 hours self-study per week
  • This course can be done in 6 weeks | Combined with our Shadow Integration Course, together they can be done in 3 months
  • There are techniques you will learn to practice after each module, as well as an extra bonus module at the end
  • If you need to refer back to anything, or do a refresher, the course material will be available to you for 12 months
