Our humble beginnings as a boutique movement studio in the heart of Stellenbosch, South Africa, soon grew to be two studios. We then moved into the virtual space, and during the recent pandemic still continued with our Online Studio. We have not looked back since making this transition from in-person to online; no matter where in world you may be, you can access our virtual studio.

We maintain a Mobile In-Person Studio in the surrounding Cape Town areas of Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Strand, bringing the classes to your office, school, community, home or event.

Certified, mindful instruction is offered to create an inviting, calm environment. Years of training, continuing education & teaching have made us the dedicated professionals we are, able to give you a quality experience with every class.

Our Philosophy

We value quality over quantity, which is why we focus on private sessions (& small group classes on request). This personalised approach means you get all the attention from your instructor, making sure you are in good form, well aligned & safe.

Whether your movement is strong or gentle, it can come from a centred & connected space. We aim to deepen the body & mind connection through movement that is mindful & free of tension.

Through movement, we find heath. We can learn from a regular movement practice how to manage our lives from a healthy connection to our body & mind.

Our Classes

Fran Siebrits

Founder | Yoga & Pilates Instructor | Yoga Teacher Trainer

Fran is fascinated by human movement. She has trained in numerous body & mind techniques to better understand our human ways. As an experienced & skilled practitioner & teacher, Fran has a keen eye for detail & a deep understanding of anatomy & movement mechanics.

Among others, her qualifications include BASI Mat Pilates, CME Equipment Pilates, Advanced 500hr Yoga, Pre-& Post-Natal Yoga & Pilates, Budokon Yoga, Aerial Flying Movement, Fascia Release & Trigger Point Therapy, Massage Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation Training, Breath-work, Sleep & Dream Consciousness Training, Sports Nutrition, & Endurance Running Training.

Fran is passionate about teaching, is continuously learning, & remains inspired with creative strategies to improve the experience of her clients. She offers specialised classes in mindful movement, athletic performance, pre-& post-natal, rehabilitation, group exercise, as well as mentorship programmes, wellness programmes, health consultations, sleep & dream coaching, personal transformation, women’s support,  retreats & yoga teacher trainings.
