VENUE & SETTING
Hearth & Soul is cradled in the heart of the Overberg, just outside the village of Stanford in the Western Cape (2 hours drive from Cape Town).
. Surrounded by trees & mountains, the farm is a creative & inspirational sanctuary, a sacred space for meditation, reflection, healing, transformation & rest. This is where our weekend of cacao immersion & conscious living will unfold.
Working with ritual, ceremony, breath & Cacao in this natural & tranquil environment, expect your heart to open, bringing in healing & abundance. You will experience & develop a sense of your “Extended Self” & your evolving human potential.
ACCOMMODATION
We will be hosting you at the beautiful Hearth & Soul, Eco-Farm & Spiritual Retreat.
All rooms are individually tailored en-suite, with lovely patios & balcony views of the mountain, Klein Tafelberg.
Options include sharing with one other, or a private room. Drinking water is supplied directly via gravity-feed from a nearby mountain spring. Wifi is available.

Over the weekend they will be holding space for you to relax, to breathe, to process, to laugh, to cry, and to be acknowledged for the unique and wonderful human being which you are!
