Fascia Release is a safe & effective technique to eliminate pain & restore motion in the body.
It can assist us back to homeostasis, leaving you feeling better for longer.
This is a form of physical self-therapy for stress management, injury prevention and relaxation, accessible to anyone.
All you will need are 2 tennis balls, and the willingness to want to help yourself feel better!

Please don’t have a big heavy meal, a light breakfast is fine at least 2 hours before we begin. Come well-hydrated.
