The women’s weekend in November last year was a heart-warming experience in the Riviersonderend Mountains (Greyton-McGregor area, 2 hours drive from Cape Town). Participants just had to get themselves there, the rest was sorted by the hosts Barbara Cole, Fran Siebrits and Marion Siebrits. Memories are still living on vividly of this relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative three days for those Wild Hearts!
The nuts and bolts…
- Day 1: 17km True trail, easy pace, run the flats and downs, hike the hills.
- Day 2: 6km Get high for epic views.
- Meals: Home made vegetarian dishes.
- Yoga: Loosen and lengthen after the exercise.
- Accommodation: Comfortable and rustic cabins overlooking the breathtaking Boesmanskloof Valley.
- Space limited to 12 women.
